What is a Naturopath?

A Naturopath is a Health Practitioner who uses natural therapies to restore good health to their patients.  Naturopaths empower Patients to take responsibility for their own health by teaching self-care and enabling them to help themselves by using the “Triad of Health” which illustrates the connection and interaction between the structural, biochemical and emotional components.

Naturopaths use the power of food and water to aid and facilitate in healing, and patients, by learning only a few changes to their daily habits, can achieve benefits for themselves and find the key to good health.

What does a Treatment Consist of?

At the initial consultation you will be asked questions relating to condition, medical history and lifestyle together with any conventional treatments you may be taking.  A Diet Diary will be issued which you will be asked to complete and return whereupon a Treatment Plan will be formulated and explained to you at your next treatment.
